Come along to the Nursing and Midwifery Taster Day: a one day workshop designed to give students hands on experience, an overview of the health industry and information on how to enter university to become a Registered Nurse.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for grade 9/10 students to gain an insight into career pathways in the health industry, hospitals and community through a career in Nursing and Midwifery.

Wednesday 24 June 2009 (10.30am - 3.30pm).

 

 

A bus will be provided from the North West Coast departing at 7.45am and arriving back at 6.00pm - more details will be provided when student selection is confirmed in June.

 

Own transport required.

There is a limit of 30 places in this program.  Some applicants may not be successful.  Students will be notified by Tuesday 16 June as to whether they have been successful or not.

Students are to wear casual clothes with enclosed shoes.
